Job summary

Adani Group is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineering Manager in India to oversee the electrical network operations for large-scale facilities. You will manage GIS, HT and LT distribution, drive reliability, and lead a team through safety-focused and data-driven initiatives.

You will also champion energy efficiency, integrate renewables, and guide change management for new processes and technologies. Strong leadership and a track record in industrial environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is essential.
• 12–15 years of experience in electrical maintenance and operations in a large-scale industrial environment.
• Proven track record leading electrical teams and projects to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Job description

• Ensure electrical work complies with industry standards and regulations. Conduct safety audits to identify and address hazards, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Overseeing the implementation of digital tools and smart technologies to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of electrical equipment and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, prevent outages, and address potential issues proactively.

Resource Management:

• Optimize the use of materials, tools, and equipment for maintenance. Monitor inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely supply replenishment.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Track system performance and team efficiency. Use data to identify trends and improvements, and report to senior management on achievements and recommendations.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Work Experience (Range of years):

• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in electrical maintenance and operations within a large-scale industrial environment. Proven track record in managing electrical projects, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing electrical systems for efficiency and reliability. Demonstrated ability to lead electrical teams and drive operational excellence.
