Job summary

The Circle India is seeking a Senior Manager, Entrepreneur Support to empower Circle Network Entrepreneurs to deliver on their school and after-school visions. You will coach, connect, and orchestrate support to ensure sustainable growth across program pillars.

You will travel across India, meet on-site with partner schools, and collaborate with Program teams to scale impact on learning outcomes for children and teachers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in educational leadership, school/program management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of curriculum design, assessment, and teacher development practices.
• Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills with a track record of improving teaching quality.
• Ability to balance hands-on support with strategic planning.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30-40% across partner schools in India.

Responsibilities

• Champion 7-10 Entrepreneurs and their programs.
• Help Entrepreneurs set and meet quarterly goals for Program, People, Fundraising and Leadership.
• Identify key Circle Support mediums to leverage.
• Conduct quarterly site visits to observe teaching and learning and provide actionable guidance.
• Be a thought partner for future growth and partnerships with quality learning at the center.
• Network Programs to design and implement capacity-building activities.
• Translate learnings into high-quality on-ground practices for children, teachers and teams.

Job description

As the Senior Manager, Entrepreneur Support, you will enable Circle Network Entrepreneurs to be rooted in their purpose, and vision of their school and after school, develop capacity to take action and deliver on their promises and be a bridge between The Circle and the Entrepreneur. You will be an orchestrator of support, capacity builder, coach, connector, and, fundamentally, champion of our Entrepreneur and their vision. Your core purpose is to ensure that each Entrepreneur is able to run a thriving school and after school that is a strong proof point of reinvented education.

Responsibilities

As The Senior Manager, Entrepreneur Support, you will:

• Champion ~ 7-10 Entrepreneurs and their programs
• Enable Entrepreneurs set and meet their quarterly goals in service of their org’s growth across pillars of Program, People, Fundraising and Leadership
• Identify and connect the key Circle Support mediums that they will need to leverage to achieve their goals
• Conduct regular (once in a quarter) site visits to understand context, observe teaching and learning practices, offering real-time feedback and actionable guidance towards the 4 keys pillars
• Be a thought partner for future growth and partnerships keeping quality of learning and the child at the center
• Network Programs
• Work with the Program team to design and implement programming for Network Entrepreneurs to build capacity around Program, Fundraising, People Needs and Leadership development
• Bring learnings from The Incubation and the Network into tangible, high-quality on-ground practices and outcomes with children, teachers and teams

Qualification & Experiences

• Proven experience in educational leadership, school/program management, or a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of working experience
• Strong understanding of curriculum design, assessment, and teacher development practices, having taught in a classroom for a minimum of 2 years
• Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, with a track record of improving teaching quality and student outcomes.
• Ability to balance hands-on support with strategic, organisational planning
• Willingness to travel - approximately 30-40% of your time will be spent on-site, across our partner schools and after school programs across India.
