The Circle India is seeking a Manager for Circle U to design and drive a high-quality teacher training program across India, focusing on serving low-income communities.

You will lead program planning, manage timelines, and design engaging learning experiences for teachers and coach participants, leveraging data to improve program quality and outcomes. Build partnerships with educators and organizations to scale impact.

• Play a critical role in project planning for the program, including strategy, timelines, and successful launch.
• Design and facilitate impactful learning experiences and workshops for teacher and coach participants.
• Use feedback and data to iterate and improve program design.
• Provide coaching and support to teacher and coach participants, ensuring their professional growth through the program.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners, educators, and participants to foster trust and engagement.
• As this is a new role, responsibilities may evolve or change in response to the needs of the organisation and program.
