Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Bengaluru, KA is seeking a Senior Manager – Electrical to lead electrical design and execution for large-scale Semiconductor and Pharmaceutical facilities. You will oversee power distribution, substations, UPS systems, and commissioning across mission-critical manufacturing environments.

The role requires 15-18 years of electrical engineering experience, a BE/BTech in Electrical, and strong vendor management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Professional certifications are preferred.
• 15-18 years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Proven experience on large-scale Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Data Center or Manufacturing projects.
• Experience with EPC/EPCM projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design and implementation activities.
• Manage power distribution systems including HV/LV networks, substations, UPS, generators, transformers, and switchgear.
• Coordinate electrical interfaces with process, mechanical, instrumentation, and automation teams.
• Review electrical engineering designs, calculations, and specifications.
• Support procurement and vendor selection activities.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, industry standards, and project requirements.
• Provide technical leadership during construction, testing, and commissioning phases.
• Manage project risks, technical issues, and design changes.

Position Summary
