Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Bengaluru, KA, seeks an experienced Planning Manager to lead project planning for large-scale Semiconductor and Pharmaceutical projects. You will develop integrated schedules, track performance, identify risks, and support leadership to deliver on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 12–13 years of planning experience in Semiconductor, Pharma, Biotech, or manufacturing, with strong EPC/EPCM expertise and proficiency in MSP and recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or MBA preferred.
• Experience Requirements 12-13 years of project planning experience.
• Minimum 8+ years supporting large-scale Semiconductor, Pharma, Biotech, or Manufacturing projects.
• Strong EPC/EPCM project experience.
• Proven expertise in schedule management, project controls, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master project schedules using MSP and other planning tools.
• Establish baselines, milestones, critical paths, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate planning activities across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and validation teams.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Support project controls, resource planning, and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and client teams to ensure schedule alignment.
• Lead progress review meetings and provide management insights.

Position Summary
