Job summary

Avantel in India seeks a senior quality and compliance professional with deep expertise in aerospace and defence electronics to lead ISO 9001/AS9100 QMS implementations, internal audits, and management reviews.

You will develop AS9100 procedures, QAP, ATP, QTP, FAT, CBD and drive supplier audits, KPI monitoring, and FMEA/CAPA processes, interacting with DGQA and related agencies. The role requires extensive experience and regulatory acumen.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of work experience in electronics manufacturing in Aerospace and defence electronics industry.
• 3-5 years of experience in implementation of ISO 9001 and AS9100, QMS in electronics industry as Dy MR.
• Development and review of AS 9100 procedures, QAP, ATP, QTP, FAT, CBD etc.
• Conducting Management Reviews and internal audits as per AS9100.
• Experience in implementation of AS9115, AS9102 and AS9103.
• Good understanding of industry and regulatory requirements for defence and aerospace industry.
• Exposure to IPC/J-STD, JSS 55555: 2012, MIL-461 E/F, MIL-810 G, ESD S20:20 DO 160, DO 178, DO 254 standards
• Develop vendors and conduct supplier/vendor evaluation audits.
• Develop measure and monitor KPIs, Process capability and key characteristics with SPCs Cp, Cpk and Control charts.
• Implementation of FOD Control, 5S, and experience in CAPA, RCCA and FMEA.
• Conducting special Process validation and process audits.
• Interaction with DGQA, CQAE(N), CEMILAC, DGAQA, DGNAI, MSQAA and RDSO/Railways agencies is desirable.
