Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in data analytics or AI engineering.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Java.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data pipelines using BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataplex, and Dataform.
• Ensure data governance with lineage, metadata management, and data quality controls.
• Develop ETL/ELT processes and build data warehouses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Implement data governance with Dataplex , security, and logging best practices to ensure compliance and data privacy.
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Build and optimize data warehouses and data lakes on BigQuery , Cloud Storage, and other GCP storage solutions.
• Implement data integration, ingestion, and transformation workflows to support analytics and machine learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver end-to-end data solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Pyspark and SQL .

Mandatory skill sets:

• Storage, Data Catalog, Cloud Composer Data Engineering & Data Architecture Data Governance Frameworks: lineage, metadata management, data quality, security controls Programming: SQL, Python and/or Java

Preferred skill sets:

• Experience building chatbots, copilots, or AI assistants.
