Job summary

PwC India is seeking a Senior Data Engineer for data governance and management in Bengaluru. The role focuses on building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines on AWS, ensuring data quality, security, and accessibility for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience in data engineering or data governance roles.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS services (Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, Data Pipeline, EMR).
  • Build and optimize data lakes and data warehouses (S3, Redshift, Athena, Snowflake).
  • Implement and manage data ingestion from APIs, RDBMS, and streaming sources.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security using governance tools and IAM/KMS.
