Job summary

DAVIES in Pune seeks a Senior Manager - Data and AI to lead strategic data, analytics, and AI initiatives that improve operational performance, accelerate insight delivery, and enable scalable, governed data solutions.

You will define roadmaps for analytics modernization, data products, AI enablement, and enterprise governance, guiding teams through data quality, modeling, and deployment of AI-enabled solutions to support decision-making and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field (data analytics, CS, IS, engineering, or equivalent).
• 15+ years in data/analytics/BI/AI tech delivery with 10+ years leading teams or large programs.
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms, cloud analytics, data warehousing, governance, BI reporting, ML/AI delivery.
• Experience translating business objectives into data strategy, product roadmaps, delivery plans, and executive communications.
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver data/AI solutions at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional data and AI initiatives from strategy through execution with business, technology, ops, and exec stakeholders.
• Define roadmaps for analytics modernization, data products, AI enablement, reporting automation, and governance.
• Oversee delivery of datasets, dashboards, models, and AI-enabled solutions to support decision-making and client outcomes.
