Job summary

McCormick & Company in Gurgaon is seeking a seasoned leader to head a global Exposure Management team, driving offensive security, attack surface management, and continuous validation to bolster resilience. This role partners with security leadership to drive remediation accountability, strengthen threat processes, and develop a high-caliber cybersecurity team, with visibility across IT and OT.

Based at DLF Cyber City, Gurgaon, the role requires on-site presence and flexibility to support a 24x7

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field required.
• CISM, GIAC, CISSP or equivalent certifications.
• Minimum 10 years in cybersecurity/IT.
• Minimum 3 years leading operational cybersecurity teams.
• Experience collaborating with business and technology leaders.

Location of job: DLF Cyber City, Gurgaon

Shift: 1 pm to 9:30 pm IST

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a global Exposure Management team.
• Enhance organizational resilience through implementation of exposure management practices, including offensive security, attack surface management, and continuous validation.
• Strengthen Identification, Prioritization, and Remediation processes.
• Optimize global attack surface visibility across IT and OT through technology deployment, cross functional partnership, and process refinement.
• Partner with security leadership to drive remediation accountability and adherence to risk tolerance thresholds.
• Develop and retain a best-in-class cybersecurity team.
• Define and develop metrics to measure and socialize maturity and exposure posture with senior leadership.
• Provide thought-leadership to enterprise-wide risk reduction initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, related degree, or measurable knowledge from serving in industry/military/government unit.
• CISM, GIAC, CISSP or other relevant security professional certifications.
• Minimum 10 years’ professional experience working in cybersecurity or information technology.
• Minimum 3 years' experience leading operational cybersecurity teams.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams within a large organization.
• Strong working knowledge of threat actor tradecraft and mitigation approaches.
• Flexibility to work on-call within a 24x7 operational security capability.
• Proven ability to successfully collaborate with business and technology leaders and teams.
• Strong problem-identification and problem-solving ability.
