Overview

KPMG is hiring experienced Functional Business Analysts with strong expertise in payments and global banking to support large-scale payment transformation initiatives.

Locations: Bangalore / Pune
Experience: 7–15 years
CTC: ₹22–32 LPA

Responsibilities

• Strong payments domain knowledge including MT/MX messages, ISO 20022, SWIFT, cross-border payments, clearing & settlement, and full payments lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end payment flows and systems such as GPP, Volpay, C2P, T24, etc.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, support MX migration, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with global banks across geographies; experience in working with multiple geographies and stakeholders.
• Lead or contribute to 1–2 major payment transformation projects with functional BA focus.
• Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of functional Business Analysis experience, with exposure to 1–2 major payment transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience in payments domain tools and platforms; ability to analyze and document requirements (BRD/FRD) and support MX migration.
• Purely functional BA role; technical profiles not considered.
• Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and remote geographies, with excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Eligibility: Any graduate.
• Notice period: Less than 45 days.

• Work model: 5 days WFO / hybrid as per business needs; open to client travel.
• Interview process: 2 technical rounds (KPMG) + 1 client round + HR discussion (virtual).
• Relocation is open.
