Preference is given to candidates with 5 years in Insurance and awareness of Life-Asia System. You will coordinate with stakeholders, supervise SOPs, audits, and MIS reporting while guiding subordinates through initiatives like the Eureka project.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team and ensuring process completion as per TAT and SOPs.
• Managing communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Setting up new processes and strategies to improve efficiency.

• Maintaining and managing client data to ensure process completion.
• Assessing the claim process to ensure its genuineness.
• Conducting quality checks and audits to meet regulatory norms.

Job description

As a Senior Manager, the role involves, collating entire data and present the data to management. It includes maintaining dashboards and suggesting various strategies to improve the assessment process in order to increase the functioning of the department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1) Leading a team and ensuring process completion as per pre-defined TAT and Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).

2) Managing communications with internal and external stakeholders as per the pre-defined guidelines.

3) Setting up new processes and strategies to improve efficiency of departmental activities

4) Managing cross functional departmental activities.

5) Maintaining and managing client data to ensure process completion.

6) Assessing the claim process to ensure its genuineness.

7) Conducting quality checks and audit process to ensure regulatory norms are met.

8) Managing escalation and providing timely resolution.

9) Identifying the gaps and implementing changes for overall process improvement.

10) Monitoring MIS activities to ensure smooth flow of the departmental process.

11) Creating and Managing Dashboards.

13) Creating summary reports regarding verification of claims.
