Job summary

Bharti AXA Life Insurance in Mumbai is seeking an Associate Manager Claims to oversee event-based claim processing and ensure timely, compliant resolution. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in life insurance operations.

You will coordinate with Underwriting, RCU and Legal teams, prepare MIS reports, and identify potential fraud cases for investigation while guiding a team to meet timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in Insurance Operations / Claims.
• Experience in Life Insurance / BFSI preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office; VBA/Macros will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
