Job summary

SITA is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Management Reporting to provide timely financial reporting and performance indicators for the Business Unit, Geographies, and Headquarters. You will drive financial excellence and standard practices across regions and partners, guiding the business through data-driven insights and analytics.

The role emphasizes leadership, process standardization, and proactive collaboration with Corporate Control and Finance teams to enable strategic growth.

Qualifications

• 10 years of FP&A in a global headquarter within a large international company.
• Proven exposure with Global CFO.
• Proven experience of employee personal development.
• Global project management experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reporting for the Group with relevant analysis.
• Prepare Monthly Financials Review presentation for BU/Geo/Partners.
• Develop standard descriptives analytics explaining variances and trends.
• Develop standard diagnostics analytics explaining causes.
• Support load and update of the EPM System.
• Develop and maintain standard customer and product reporting.

PURPOSE

The Senior Manager Business Finance is responsible for providing timely and accurately financial support to the business area he is in charge of. He/She provides key financial information performance indicators as well as forward-looking business analysis to support the Business Unit or Solution Line long-term's strategy and growth. He/She promotes financial excellence in serving the business by proactively engaging with Business Finance Corporate Control and Corporate Finance colleagues seeking and providing guidance / advice on relevant matters.

About The Role & Team

The Senior Manager of the Global Management Reporting Pratice is responsible for providing timely and accurately reporting support to the business area. He/She provides key financial reporting and performance indicators to the Business Unit, Geographies and Headquarter. He/She promotes financial excellence and standard pratices.

What You Will Do

Manage a team of individuals aiming at:

• Preparing monthly financial reporting for the Group with relevant analysis
• Preparing Monthly Financials Review presentation on behalf of all BU/Geo/Partners
• Developing Standard Descriptives analytics (actual variances, and past, trending) explaining what is happening.
• Developing Standard Diagnostics analytics (data-based causes) explaining why it is happening
• Supporting Business Finance team in Business Unit and Geographies to load and update EPM System
• Develop and maintain Standard Customer and Product reporting

Qualifications

• 10 years of FP&A in a global headquarter within a large international company
• Proven and regular Exposure with Global CFO
• proven experience of employee personal development
• Global Project management experiences
• People management in an international environment
• Track records of recommendations made for improvements
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Management - MBA or equivalent qualification is desirable- Membership of a relevant Finance/Accounting accreditation body is desirable
