Qualifications

• Esperienza nella gestione diretta di team.

Responsibilities

• Guidare il team di Internal Audit con responsabilità end-to-end sugli audit e iniziative di conformità.
• Contribuire allo sviluppo e all’esecuzione del piano di audit basato sul rischio.
• Gestire lo svolgimento degli audit, pianificazione, esecuzione e reporting.
• Sviluppare competenze tecniche in contabilità, audit, data analytics e IT.
• Supervisionare lo staff in una organizzazione matrix e fornire feedback tempestivi.
• Collaborare con analytics dei dati, IT e altri team per audit integrati.
• Supportare attività ad hoc e investigazioni nell’Ethics & Compliance.

The Senior Manager is a key part of the Global Assurance & Advisory Services team to ensure we maintain a leading-practice program and continue to embed sustainable processes and controls within the Company’s culture. The ideal candidate will have significant audit and internal controls experience, the ability to work with and direct teams to deliver value-add audit and consulting services, strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills, and will be comfortable in dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced and changing environment.# This role will lead a team of senior auditors and associates. Develop detailed knowledge of Trane Technologies, its markets, industries, and products.* # Mentor, train, and supervise employees within a matrix organization, including providing substantive, objective, and timely feedback on performance, both formal and informal.* # Provide career coaching and development to assist employees with personal goals and career path opportunities.* # Leverage relationships with data analytics, IT, and other teams to plan and execute integrated audit field work.* # Review audit reports and workpapers, as needed, in a timely manner to ensure clear, concise, and well-supported conclusions are presented.* # Support ad-hoc activities and projects as needed, including providing investigation-related support to the Ethics & Compliance group.# # **What you will bring:*** # 15+ years of combined relevant audit and manufacturing accounting experience required.
