La posizione è a Bangalore con modello ibrido: 4 giorni in sede e 1 giorno flessibile.

Qualifications

• Minima 10–12 anni di esperienza in Total Rewards o esperienza approfondita in Compensation.
• Conoscenza dei principi di compensazione, benchmarking di mercato, strutture salariali e governance retributiva.
• Candidato con eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e gestione degli stakeholder.

Responsibilities

• Concezione e implementazione di soluzioni di compensazione in linea con obiettivi di business e strategie di talento.
• Consulenza esperta su valutazione dei lavori, decisioni salariali, competitività di mercato e processi di compensazione annuali.
• Guidare i processi di incentive locale e revisione off-cycle con raccomandazioni basate sul mercato.
• Gestire revisioni off-cycle per garantire uso disciplinato e equo dei budget retributivi.
• Coordinare attività legate ai benefits e supportare la transizione a Workday.
• Garantire conformità con normative locali e standard di governance.

In this pivotal role, you will be a key member of the Total Rewards COE, executing the design, delivery, and governance of compensation programs and Total Rewards solutions that support business strategy, talent outcomes, and organizational effectiveness. You will provide expert consultation to HR Business Partners and business leaders primarily across India, with periodic support to countries outside India, while contributing to broader regional Total Rewards priorities.**Thrive at work and at home:*** Inclusive Wellbeing Program, with resources to support your and your family’s physical, social, emotional, and financial well-being.* Comprehensive learning and development solutions, designed to support our people in connecting and growing, including Higher education/Certification reimbursement.* Sense of belonging & community through our Employee Resource Groups that foster our culture of inclusion.* Volunteerism: 8 hours of paid time off per calendar year to volunteer with non-profit charitable organizations.* The Trane Technologies Helping Hands Fund to support employees facing financial challenges due to unforeseen personal hardship.**Where is the work**Location: Bangalore, India.Work Arrangement - Hybrid: This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule, with work performed on-site 4 days each week.**What you will do**:In this role, you will* Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and HR leadership to develop and deliver compensation solutions that support business objectives and workforce strategies.* Provide expert consultation on compensation matters, including job evaluation, pay decisions, market competitiveness, salary structures, and support for the annual compensation process.* Lead local sales incentive and incentive plan review processes by providing market-informed recommendations, conducting effectiveness analyses, and supporting plan governance.* Manage off-cycle compensation review processes to ensure disciplined, effective, and equitable use of compensation budgets.* Partner with HR teams and business leaders to strengthen understanding of compensation philosophy, programs, and decision-making practices.* Oversee benefits-related coordination, as applicable, to ensure programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with talent and business needs.* Support the transition of benefit operations to Workday and ongoing management post-implementation.* Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with local regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards.* Lead or support assigned global and regional Total Rewards projects, including initiatives such as Workday support, change management, pay transparency, and process improvement.* Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including senior business leaders, HR leaders, the Global Total Rewards team, and other HR centres of expertise.**What you will bring**:* 10–12 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards, with significant experience across Total Rewards preferred, or deep expertise in Compensation.* Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market benchmarking, salary structure design, incentive planning, and pay governance.* Demonstrated ability to manage compensation processes such as annual planning cycles, off-cycle reviews, and job evaluation.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into practical recommendations.* Knowledge of compensation-related legal and regulatory considerations.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across levels of the organization.* Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.* Experience partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders in a complex matrix organization.* Workday skills are an advantage.**Educational Qualification:**Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.**Career Break:**We have a Relaunch Program for professionals looking to restart their careers after a break.
