Job summary

LANXESS Deutschland GmbH in Maharashtra seeks a senior process control expert to drive the global rollout of Advanced Process Control (APC) across production sites. You will deliver value through process stabilization, throughput gains and energy optimization, collaborating with process experts and rollout teams to standardize best practices globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Process or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in process control engineering in chemical plants.
• Expertise in APC, MPC, RTO, data analytics, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive global deployment of APC across production sites.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement high-value APC opportunities.
• Ensure performance monitoring and continuous improvement of APC apps.
