Job summary

L&T Technology Services in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced APC engineering leader with deep expertise in Oil & Gas. You will develop and maintain APC roadmaps, oversee run-mode APC applications, and measure benefits across assigned sites.

The role requires strong collaboration with operations, DCS, instrumentation maintenance, and engineering teams in offshore environments. Proficiency with Aspen DMC3 and PI Vision, plus offshore certifications, will help drive tuning, deployment of new APC

Qualifications

• 10+ years of APC experience in Oil & Gas, refining, or petrochemical industry.
• Experience with both refining and upstream processes; offshore operations.
• Strong collaboration with operations, DCS, instrumentation maintenance and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain APC roadmap for assigned sites.
• Oversee, monitor, and sustain APC applications in run mode.
• Track and improve APC performance and benefits.
• Coordinate with site teams on APC troubleshooting and daily management.
• Collaborate with production teams on tuning, operational changes, and shutdown/start‑up planning.
• Ensure measurement reliability impacting APC.
• Apply APC standards and best practices across sites.
• Coach and mentor engineers.
• Support deployment of new APC projects.
