Job summary

Mahindra Rural Housing Finance (MRHFL) invites an experienced risk reporting professional to strengthen governance and monitoring in Mumbai.

You will prepare quarterly risk categorization, analyze portfolio performance, and develop EWS and ATR reports to support senior management.

CA with 5+ years' experience is welcome; the role collaborates with IT and vendors to automate reporting and improve data quality. This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of risk reporting or governance experience with strong data skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex risk data into actionable insights.
• Experience in EWS, ATR, and risk dashboards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Risk Categorization reports quarterly with data accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze portfolio performance on stage-wise metrics, CIBIL scores, attrition, and repayment indicators.
• Prepare monthly risk review reports and dashboards for management decisions.
• Develop and monitor Early Warning Signal (EWS) reports and validate system triggers.
• Ensure data integrity through data gathering, verification, and validation.
• Coordinate with IT and external vendors to automate risk reports.
• Track and close ATR items and perform additional analyses for risk governance.

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and review Risk Categorization reports quarterly, ensuring timely completion, data accuracy, and compliance with defined risk parameters.


• Analyze portfolio performance on key risk indicators such as stage-wise performance, CIBIL scores, attrition trends, and repayment ability indicators.


• Prepare monthly risk review reports and portfolio dashboards to support management decision-making and risk monitoring.


• Develop, review, and monitor Early Warning Signal (EWS) reports, validate system triggers, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely submission of EWS analyses.


• Ensure data integrity and quality through thorough data gathering, verification, validation, and investigation of non-functional system triggers.


• Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors for automation of risk reports and effective management of outsourced reporting activities.


• Track and close Action Taken Report (ATR) items and perform additional risk analyses required by senior management to support ongoing risk governance and monitoring.

Chartered Accountants with minimum 5 years of experience can also apply.
