Job summary
Virtusa is seeking a skilled Healthcare IT Analyst to work on EMR/EHR ecosystems across Epic, Cerner, and Athena platforms in Maharashtra. You will assess integration needs, define requirements, and collaborate with clinical leaders and IT teams to enable value-based care initiatives.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with healthcare APIs, FHIR standards, and AI/RPA transformations in provider settings.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of EMR/EHR systems like EPIC, Cerner, Athena, HIS modules and related clinical workflows.
- Experience with healthcare APIs and integration with EMR modules.
- Proficient with FHIR and interoperability standards in healthcare.
- Understanding of value-based care, population health initiatives, and related workflows.
- Experience in Agile methodologies including user stories, backlog grooming, and sprint ceremonies.
- Familiar with JIRA, Confluence or similar documentation tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for managing requirements and documentation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills able to collaborate with clinical leaders, operations, and IT teams. .
