Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing of oral liquid formulations (syrups, suspensions, solutions, drops).
• Plan and execute production activities per approved production plan and schedules.
• Supervise dispensing, syrup preparation, bulk manufacturing, homogenization, filtration, and transfer to filling lines.
• Control critical process parameters (mixing time, temperature, pH, viscosity, gravity, homogenization).
• Ensure execution of batch manufacturing records and compliance with manufacturing instructions.
• Coordinate with packing for bottle filling, capping, sealing, labeling, and secondary packaging.

Senior Manager Oral Liquid Manufacturing

Reporting To: Plant Head / Head of Manufacturing

Experience: 12 to 18 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably with significant experience in oral liquid dosage forms

Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a relevant discipline

1. Job Purpose

To lead and manage the oral liquid manufacturing operations, ensuring consistent product quality, regulatory compliance, production efficiency, timely delivery, and adherence to cGMP, company procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Manufacturing Operations

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing of oral liquid formulations, including syrups, suspensions, solutions, and drops.


• Plan and execute production activities in accordance with the approved production plan and delivery schedules.


• Supervise dispensing, syrup preparation, bulk manufacturing, homogenization, filtration where applicable, and transfer to filling lines.


• Ensure appropriate control of critical process parameters, including mixing time, temperature, pH, viscosity, specific gravity, and homogenization parameters, as applicable to the product.


• Ensure effective execution of batch manufacturing records and compliance with approved manufacturing instructions.


• Coordinate with packing operations for bottle filling, capping, sealing, labeling, and secondary packaging.
