Job summary

Lenskart.com is seeking a Senior Manager – Business Strategy & Operations to solve critical business problems at a fast-scaling consumer company. You will own major workstreams, partner with senior leaders, and drive execution across Sales, Retail, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Experience.

You will leverage AI extensively for research, analysis, reporting, and automation, building dashboards and review frameworks to track performance and ensure execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from an IIT (or top-tier engineering institute) and/or an MBA from an IIM or leading global business school.
• 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, founder's office, CEO's office, business strategy/operations, or high-growth startups.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities with experience handling complex, ambiguous business problems.
• Demonstrated ownership of high-impact projects with measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets, SQL (preferred), data analysis, and business storytelling.
• Daily user of AI tools with ability to build AI-assisted workflows, automations, or lightweight agents.

Responsibilities

• Present structured recommendations and updates to senior leadership through crisp communication and data-backed insights.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from an IIT (or another top-tier engineering institute) and/or an MBA from an IIM or another leading global business school.
• 2-5 years of experience in management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Strategy&, Oliver Wyman, etc.), investment banking, founder's office, CEO's office, business strategy, business operations, or high-growth startups.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities with experience handling complex, ambiguous business problems.
• Demonstrated ownership of high-impact projects with measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets, SQL (preferred), data analysis, and business storytelling.
• Daily user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, or similar) with the ability to build AI-assisted workflows, automations, or lightweight agents that improve business productivity.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear recommendations.
• Founder, startup, or entrepreneurial experience will be considered a strong advantage.
