Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of applicable experience
• 5+ years of experience in quality leadership/supervision
• Experience with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 compliance and audits

Responsibilities

• Lead quality teams across production areas ensuring inspection, testing, and compliance procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.

This role provides strategic oversight of quality teams, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures effective execution of quality systems such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. The Senior Quality Supervisor collaborates with cross-functional departments, supports audit readiness, and fosters a culture of accountability, excellence, and proactive problem-solving throughout the organization.

• Champion Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Ensure audit readiness and successful audit outcomes.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for quality supervisors, technicians, and inspectors.
