Job summary

Dana Incorporated is seeking a Senior Quality Supervisor to lead quality assurance across multiple production areas, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer standards. This role provides strategic oversight and drives continuous improvement initiatives to achieve excellence.

You will coach quality teams, address non-conformances, and collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain to maintain audit readiness and implement effective CAPA actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of applicable experience.
• 5+ years of quality/team leadership experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and core quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the activities of quality teams to ensure consistent execution of inspection, testing, and compliance procedures across departments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency.
• Champion Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Maintain and enforce quality systems in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific standards.
• Ensure audit readiness and successful audit outcomes.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for quality supervisors, technicians, and inspectors.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.
• Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address non-conformances, lead root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions.
