Job summary

Suncorp Solutions in Panvel invites a Senior Maintenance Engineer - Crusher to oversee daily operations of the crusher plant and drive production targets. You will coordinate maintenance, ensure safety and quality, and liaise with authorities, vendors and customers.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of stone crushing plants, experience with screening and washing systems, and flexibility to work extended hours in outdoor environments. Travel to other sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of stone crushing plants and equipment.
• Good knowledge on High frequency screens and sand washing plants.
• Production planning and operational management.
• Problem solving, decision making and reporting skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors, in extreme weather, noisy and dusty environments.
• Flexible to work extended hours and weekends when required.
• Welding or torch cutting experience is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of soils, sand and aggregate classification for producing spec material.
• Capable of working independently when needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Use of PPE is required.
• Must be willing to travel to other sites as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Email (Outlook/Gmail).
• Good mechanical knowledge and general equipment maintenance for crushing operations.
