Job summary

Nifty Coders Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to drive development and deployment of scalable ML solutions. You will design, train, and optimize models, build robust data pipelines, and collaborate with product teams to integrate AI capabilities.

You will mentor juniors and lead initiatives to boost automation, model reliability, and performance, keeping up with the latest research and industry best practices while delivering data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development, specializing in ML.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Study, analyze, and transform business requirements into data science prototypes.
• Design and implement ML systems using tree-based models, clustering, recommender systems, and transformer architectures.
• Build, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) including local open-source options and API-based models.
• Develop Generative AI applications with RAG pipelines using vector databases (e.g., FAISS, ChromaDB, Milvus).
• Run ML tests and experiments; train and retrain algorithms when necessary.
• Extend existing ML libraries and keep abreast of field developments.

Job Description

We are looking for aSeniorML Engineerto drive the development and deployment of scalable machine learning solutions. As a senior member of the team, you willestablishbest practices, mentor junior engineers, and lead initiatives that enhance automation, model reliability, and overall performance to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Years of Experience:Minimum5+ years of professional experience in software development, specializing in ML.
• Education:Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, ora relatedfield.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
• Understanding of data structures, datamodelingand software architecture
• Ability to write robust code in Python.
• Hands-on experience with transformers and Hugging Faceecosystem.
• Hands-on experience withAgenticframeworks likeLangChain/LangGraph.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (likeKerasorPyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
