Job summary

TAAS Partners is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to lead the development of an AI Agent platform in Bengaluru. You will shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while collaborating with data scientists, researchers, and domain experts to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions.

The role requires 2+ years of industry experience as a ML Engineer, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, plus cloud deployment in AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of industry experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
• Familiarity with large-scale distributed systems and experience deploying models on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of modern MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with generative AI models, such as GPT, DALL-E, or Stable Diffusion, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, researchers, and domain experts to design and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, natural language processing, and computer vision, and apply relevant techniques to improve existing models.
• Contribute to the development of best practices, guidelines, and standards for machine learning engineering within the organization.
