Job summary

Zorba AI is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join a fast-growing tech consultancy serving enterprise clients across India. You will design, develop, and productionize ML models spanning classification, regression, and deep learning, and deploy them in cloud environments using modern MLOps practices.

You will work with global brands and collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and software engineers to translate business KPIs into ML-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks used in production environments.
• Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines and deploying models.
• Strong understanding of ML experimentation and model monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and productionize ML models for high-impact business use cases (classification, regression, clustering, deep learning).
• Build and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines from data preprocessing to model training and inference deployment.
• Deploy models on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) with containers, serverless components, and CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure clean, scalable data pipelines and with product teams to translate KPIs into ML outcomes.
• Monitor model performance, implement drift detection, retraining workflows, and ML observability dashboards.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal AI/ML engineering standards and reviews.
