Qualifications

• 4–10 years hands-on Python experience for ML, DL, and GenAI
• Strong fundamentals in ML, DL, linear algebra, and optimization
• Experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow for model development
• Hands-on OCR and document processing experience
• Practical computer vision with OpenCV/PIL
• Experience deploying ML models to production
• Experience with LLMs and GenAI systems including prompting

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We're seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade ML systems that power the company's document understanding, fraud detection, and identity verification solutions. You'll work on cutting-edge problems involving computer vision, LLMs, and multimodal AI while collaborating with backend, platform, and product teams to deliver scalable ML systems that serve millions of users.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, build, train, and deploy ML and Deep Learning models for production
• Develop ML/AI solutions for document understanding, face analysis, forgery detection, and visual reasoning
• Build and integrate LLM/VLM/GenAI solutions for extraction, reasoning, and decision support
• Own the complete ML lifecycle from data analysis to deployment and monitoring
• Write clean, efficient, and testable Python code for ML pipelines and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship scalable ML systems
• Optimize model performance, reliability, latency, and cost in production environments
• Mentor junior engineers and establish ML engineering best practices

Must Have Criteria

• 4–10 years of hands-on Python experience for ML, DL, and GenAI development
• Strong fundamentals in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, linear algebra, and optimization
• Experience with both PyTorch and TensorFlow for deep learning model development
• Practical Computer Vision experience with OpenCV and PIL for image processing
• Hands-on experience with OCR engines and document processing pipelines
• Experience with LLMs and GenAI systems including prompting and fine-tuning
• Proven track record of taking ML models from development to production

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, compliance, fraud detection, or identity verification domains
• MLOps experience with model monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
• Experience with ML system design and architecture at scale
• Background in document processing, OCR, or automated verification systems
