Salary

Salary Range: ₹30–45 LPA (based on experience & expertise)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop production-quality ML models for various real-world problems.
• Product recommendations for merchants
• Transaction cost optimization
• Computer vision for automated verifications
• Large-scale bandit experiments for website optimization
• Productionise ML models using state-of-the-art systems.
• Deploy ML algorithms into production in collaboration with engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ML within a production environment.
• Bachelor’s (required) or Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of ML techniques: regression, classification, clustering, recommender systems, ranking, and neural networks.
• Proficient in Python and at least one of C/C++/Java plus one scripting language (Perl, Shell).
• Experience with big data tools like Spark and platforms such as Databricks / DataRobot.
• Experience with AWS ML tools (or Azure / GCP alternatives).

Good to Have

• Excellent communication skills to update stakeholders on progress and blockers.
