Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Experience in import/export logistics, customs clearance, transportation, warehouse operations and inventory management, or distribution operations.
• Experience with logistics service providers, transporters, freight forwarders, or warehouse partners.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to plants and warehouses as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations across India to ensure efficient movement of raw materials and finished goods.
• Oversee warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Drive transportation and freight optimization initiatives to improve service levels while controlling costs.
• Manage relationships and performance of third-party logistics providers and warehouse partners.
• Support import/export operations, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor logistics performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency.
• Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across logistics operations.
