Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of localization project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of internationalization/localization best practices.
• Proven leadership in medium to large-scale projects.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with CAT/TMS tools and source control systems.
• Experience in agile and waterfall development environments.
• Growth mindset with interest in AI and industry innovations.

Responsibilities

• Lead localization projects from planning to delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA, documentation teams, and external vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate translation teams.
• Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation plans for localization projects.
• Define, track, and maintain quality standards for localized software.
• Implement AI/LLM-driven solutions to improve localization processes.
• Oversee both waterfall and agile project methodologies.
• Work with CAT/TMS tools and various file formats (SGML, XML, HTML).
• Utilize source control tools like GitLab or Perforce.
