Job summary

Siddhivinayak Buildpro is seeking a seasoned real estate liaison professional to manage end-to-end approvals for residential and commercial projects in Pune. You will interact with PMC, PMRDA, PCMC and other government bodies, prepare documentation, and drive approvals from site to completion.

The role requires hands-on experience with PMC/PMRDA, excellent coordination skills, and willingness to visit government offices and project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate liaisoning or construction approvals.
• Strong practical knowledge of Pune's real estate approval procedures.
• Hands-on experience with PMC and PMRDA is essential.
• Excellent documentation, follow-up, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple approvals and project timelines.
• Willingness to visit government offices and project sites as required.

Responsibilities
