Qualifications

• LLB or LLM degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate legal functions.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, land acquisition, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive title due diligence and verification of land ownership documents.
• Examine revenue records, ECs, and related statutory documents.
• Provide clear and well-reasoned legal opinions along with risk assessments.
• Draft, review, and vet agreements, sale deeds, JDA, and other legal documents.
• Identify potential legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and statutory requirements across projects.
• Handle and resolve legal queries from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all legal transactions.

Role & responsibilities

• Examine revenue records, Encumbrance Certificates (ECs), and related statutory documents.
• Provide clear and well-reasoned legal opinions along with risk assessments.
• Draft, review, and vet agreements, sale deeds, joint development agreements, and other legal documents.
• Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements across projects.
• Handle and resolve legal queries from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all legal transactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
