Job summary

Lux Industries in Kolkata seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to lead land acquisitions, due diligence, title checks and contract documentation for company projects.

You will advise senior management on real estate laws, draft MOUs and formal agreements, handle related litigations, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations in the manufacturing sector.

The role requires 6+ years of experience, preferably with a manufacturing background, and a law degree from a recognized university.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in legal counsel or land acquisition roles.
• LLB degree from a recognized university.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
