Job summary

Lawmax Advocate & Solicitors in New Delhi is seeking an experienced litigation counsel to join our team. You will draft, review, and file petitions, replies, and appeals before courts and tribunals, present legal arguments, and conduct comprehensive case law research.

You will also manage client interactions, oversee the legal team, and contribute to billing and strategic case preparation, while ensuring compliance with procedures and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• LL.B. degree required; LL.M. preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in Litigation and IBC matters.
• Strong drafting skills for petitions, applications, replies, and agreements.
• Excellent knowledge of court procedures and legal research.
• Experience in team management and leadership.
