• Experience designing and evolving large monolithic systems
• Expertise in performance optimization, concurrency, fault tolerance; strong security knowledge (TLS/SSL, secure coding)
• Threat modeling and mitigation strategies; vulnerability prevention (OWASP Top 10)
• Experience identifying vulnerabilities (injection, auth flaws, data leaks)
• Experience using AI development tools and agents to generate production-quality code and tests
• Reviewing and governing AI output
