About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with deep expertise in backend engineering and solution design. The ideal candidate is technology-agnostic, with strong fundamentals in distributed systems, scalable architectures, and enterprise-grade SaaS development. While .NET experience is a plus, we welcome developers with strong backend experience in Java, Node.js, Python, Go, or similar modern stacks.

This role requires strong analytical ability, creativity in problem solving, and a demonstrable track record of delivering robust, scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Architecture
   • Lead backend solution design for complex features, modules, and integrations.
   • Design scalable, modular, and maintainable architectures for SaaS platforms.
   • Evaluate technical options and recommend best-fit solutions aligned with product needs.
   • Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to high-level design documents.
2. Backend Development
   • Build robust, performant backend services using any modern backend language (.NET, Java, Node.js, Python, Go, etc.).
   • Design and develop RESTful or GraphQL APIs for internal and external consumption.
   • Implement microservices, event-driven patterns, and distributed system components where required.
   • Ensure high-quality code with proper error-handling, logging, monitoring, and observability.
3. Performance, Scalability & Reliability
   • Analyze system performance and optimize critical paths.
   • Build highly available backend components capable of handling large scale and concurrency.
   • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive fixes.
   • Ensure best practices around caching, database optimization, and API performance tuning.
4. SaaS Engineering Excellence
   • Contribute to building and enhancing multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
   • Ensure system security, compliance, and data protection practices.
   • Work with CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments (Azure/AWS/GCP), and containerized environments.
   • Drive innovation and introduce modern technologies that improve scalability and efficiency.
5. Collaboration & Leadership
   • Mentor developers and guide teams technically.
   • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, DevOps, and UI teams.
   • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
   • Take ownership of deliverables and lead initiatives to completion.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong backend development experience in one or more: .NET Core, Java, Node.js, Python, Go.
• Expertise in REST APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP, and design patterns.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with message queues and event systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SNS/SQS) is a plus.
• Exposure to CI/CD, Git workflows, observability tools, and performance monitoring.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
