Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Senior Lead to drive the design, implementation, and operationalization of enterprise AI solutions across Observability, Troubleshooting, Store Deployment, Program Management, and Edge Infrastructure domains. This role will lead the development of AI-powered agents, automate business-as-usual (BAU) operations, and integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms including Kubernetes, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate combines expertise in AI/ML, SRE, cloud platforms, automation engineering, platform operations, and enterprise tooling integration to deliver scalable agentic solutions that improve operational efficiency, reliability, and business outcomes.

Platform & Integration Leadership

Lead integrations between AI platforms and enterprise ecosystems including:

• Kubernetes

Responsibilities

• Building agent frameworks and orchestration layers.

Technical Leadership

• Define enterprise AI architecture standards and reference patterns.
• Mentor engineering teams on AI, automation, SRE, and cloud-native technologies.
• Evaluate emerging AI platforms, LLMs, agent frameworks, and automation technologies.
• Partner with business leaders, architects, and engineering teams to align AI investments with strategic goals.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for AI adoption and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications
