EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Security Engineer to join our global security team in Pune, India. You will configure and tune Akamai WAF, participate in incident response, and strengthen the security posture of our web applications.

The role requires hands-on Akamai experience, strong OWASP knowledge, and excellent English communication. You will collaborate with multinational teams and contribute to cutting-edge security initiatives across geographies.

Qualifications

• 6–15 years in IT with security focus.
• Hands-on Akamai WAF configuration and tuning required.
• Strong knowledge of web app security concepts and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Configure, tune and maintain WAF rules and policies (Akamai).
• Participate in security incident handling and investigations.
