Jacobs is recruiting for a senior estimator to join our team. You will perform quantity take-offs from drawings and BIM models, prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents, and analyze costs across labor, materials, and equipment per industry standards.

Responsabilités

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs from construction drawings and BIM models.

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs from construction drawings and BIM models.

• Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions to improve project profitability.
• Develop, maintain, and update cost databases, historical cost records, and estimation benchmarks.
• Support project budgeting, cost planning, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
• Monitor estimate performance and provide cost analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead, guide, and mentor junior estimators and team members to enhance team capability and performance.
• Prepare technical and commercial reports, presentations, and management summaries.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Here's what you'll need

• An Engineering degree is mandatory for this role, along with 12 to 15 years of relevant experience.
