Job summary

NXP Semiconductors in Bengaluru seeks a ServiceNow Developer to promote automation within the R&D Automation platform. You will optimize end-user workflows and create new automation flows, delivering a high-quality, self-service, fully automated platform for the R&D unit.

You will work with DevOps teams to deploy catalog items, develop platform components, and advise on automation strategies, collaborating with developers, operations staff, and stakeholders to drive innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• 7 years of ServiceNow development and operations experience.
• Strong DevOps mindset with Lean/Agile experience.
• Good understanding of IT solutions and processes.
• Teamwork and collaboration.

Your solutions will provide the R&D business unit with a high quality, self-service, fully automated platform.

Responsibilities

This is what you will do as a ServiceNow developer at NXP.

• You build/maintain ServiceNow flows that help deploy automated catalog items.
• You develop/maintain new components of the platform.
• You are the technical expert advising the organization on ways to improve on automation and helping to execute them.
• You can work effectively with other developers, operations staff, and other key stakeholders in the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Software Engineering or Computer Science
• Seven years of experience working on ServiceNow development and operations
• Solid DevOps mindset and ability to evaluate and optimize DevOps processes and practice using Lean or Agile.
• Good understanding of IT solutions and processes.
• Valuing the importance of working together with others to be successful as a team and part of a larger organization.
