Job summary

NXP Semiconductors in India seeks an R&D IT AM DevOps Engineer to drive automation within Access Management. You’ll optimize CI/CD pipelines, manage LDAP/OUD and PAM, and explore AI-enabled tooling. Strong collaboration with developers and operations is essential.

You will contribute to self-service platforms and secure access governance while advancing automation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with practical experience in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• 12+ years of experience in DevOps implementations and operations.
• Solid DevOps mindset and ability to evaluate and optimize DevOps processes using Lean or Agile.
• Very good understanding of LDAP, preferably Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), PAM and other IAM concepts.
• Deep understanding of Linux operating systems, networking and server management; proficiency with PowerShell, Bash, Ansible.
• Understanding of IAM related provisioning, access control and certifications.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools such as Docker, Kubernetes or Terraform.

• Build/manage the Privilege Access Management solution.
• Build/maintain the self-service platform built on Python.
• Build/maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployments.
• Handle automation and configuration management within R&D Access Management.
• Develop/maintain new platform components for data access, policy enforcement and governance.
• Advise on automation improvements and help execute them.
• Participate in defining and maintaining a secure access policy.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, operations staff and stakeholders.

As an R&D IT AM DevOps Engineer, you will drive automation and innovation within the Access Management team. You will help us optimize our CI/CD pipelines and manage our access management tools like LDAP and PAM. You will also explore innovative tools and AI concepts.

Job qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with practical experience in Software Engineering or Computer Science
• 12+ of experience working on DevOps implementations and operations
• Solid DevOps mindset and ability to evaluate and optimize DevOps processes and practice using Lean or Agile.
• Very good understanding of LDAP, preferably Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), PAM and other IAM concepts.
• Deep understanding of Linux operating systems, networking and server management and use tools such as PowerShell, Bash, Ansible.
• Understanding of identity and access management relating to provisioning, access control and certifications
• Familiar with CI/CD tools such as Docker, Kubernetes or Terraform

• You will participate in the definition and maintenance of a secure access policy.
• You can work effectively with other developers, operations staff, and other key stakeholders in the organization.
