Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. invites experienced Dimensional Engineers to join its automotive development teams in Chennai district, Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on dimensional engineering for BIW, exterior trim, chassis and seating systems, using CatiaV5 and ASME Y14.5 standards.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in engineering roles, with proficiency in 3DCS or VSA and a strong academic record. A BE/ME/MTech in mechanical fields is required, with >80% graduation scores.

Qualifications

• BE/ME/MTech in Mechanical/Production/Automobile Eng required.
• Graduation score >80% from premier institutes.
• 10–15 years experience as Engineer/Senior Engineer in Automotive.
• Proficient in CatiaV5 with at least 3 years usage.
• Familiar with Dimensional Engineering process (10-step).
• Experience in BIW, Exterior Trim, Chassis and Seating.
• Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 1994/2009.

Must be conversant with the Dimensional Engineering Process

Must be conversant with ASME Y14.5 1994/2009.

Should have 2 years minimum in using Variation Analysis software such as 3DCS or VSA or Any Equivalent Software.
