Qualifications

• PQE of at least 18+ years with transactional commercial contracts, agreements & negotiation work experience, preferably from a law firm or corporate organisations in IT‑ITES, Technology, Airline, Oil & Gas, Power & Infrastructure, Consulting, M&A, or Private Equity.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts, including those related to airline partnerships, Engineering, Digital, IT, Commercial, HR, Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, and Venture M&A’s.
