Role Description

The Senior Landscape Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position involves leading design concepts from initial vision through detailed development, technical drawings, and on-site implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing landscape and planting plans, coordinating with internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors, and overseeing quality and design integrity during execution. The role also includes guiding junior team members, reviewing their work, and providing mentorship on design, documentation, and site coordination. The Senior Landscape Architect will participate in design reviews, prepare presentations, and contribute to long-term planning and growth of the studio’s projects and practice.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in landscape architecture, including Landscape Architecture and Landscape Design skills.
• Strong capabilities in planning and strategy, including Landscape Planning.
• Proficiency in developing detailed Planting Plans, with a solid understanding of plant species.
• Professional degree in Landscape Architecture or closely related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
• Several years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to create and interpret detailed drawings and technical documentation using industry-standard design and CAD software.
• Experience in on-site coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior staff.
