Job summary

Axiro Semiconductor, a Bengaluru-based fabless semiconductor design company, seeks a hands-on Hardware Lab Technician to support development, testing and debugging activities.

You will assemble prototypes, help with board bring-up, troubleshoot, perform soldering and rework, and maintain lab equipment, enabling engineers to advance RF and high-speed connectivity projects. You will also track inventory and document test results to support rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in hardware assembly, debugging and lab support.
• Ability to read schematics, BOMs and assembly drawings.
• Hands-on experience with soldering, rework, and cable assembly.

Requirements

• 5+ Experience in hardware assembly, debugging, and laboratory support.
• Ability to read schematics, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
• Familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and logic analyzers.
• Good troubleshooting skills for PCB- and system-level issues.
• Hands-on experience with soldering, rework, and cable assembly.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting R&D or product development teams.
• Knowledge of PCB assembly processes and ESD-safe handling practices.
