Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years in the semiconductor industry.
• 5+ years in product management or business leadership.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and SoC architectures.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills, with experience in semiconductor technologies and global market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Line Strategy: Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product line to meet business objectives and market demands.
• Business Ownership: Manage P&L for the product line, including pricing strategies, cost optimization, and profitability targets.
• Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 15+ years in the semiconductor industry, with at least 5 years in product management or business leadership roles.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, SoC architectures, and market applications.
• Business Acumen: Proven ability to manage P&L, develop business strategies, and drive revenue growth.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels.
