Role Description

The Senior Jewellery Designer will lead the conceptualization and creation of new jewelry collections, from initial sketches to final production-ready designs. This full-time, on-site role is based in Borivali and involves close collaboration with the production team to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with brand standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching trends, sourcing inspiration, developing design concepts, preparing technical drawings, and selecting materials and finishes. The designer will oversee junior designers, review prototypes, provide design feedback, and maintain consistency across collections. The role also includes working with merchandising and marketing teams to align designs with customer preferences, pricing strategies, and seasonal launches.
