Job summary

Luxoft India is seeking a Java-focused software engineer to join a cloud-based Compliance Archive project. You will participate in the full SDLC, build Java microservices, and contribute to scalable enterprise applications using Spring, Kafka, and containerized deployments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Core Java, J2EE, Angular.
• Experience with Java 8, 11, 17 and latest features.
• Experience with the Spring Framework.
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.
• Knowledge of JPA, JTA, CDI.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with Docker and OpenShift.
• Experience with Maven and Gradle build tools.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (TeamCity/Jenkins).
• Upper-Intermediate English.
• Solid CS concepts: OO, collections, IoC, and data structures.

Our project focuses on developing cloud-based, state-of-the-art Compliance Archive solutions that securely archive and retain real-time communications data in accordance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Developed in-house using an Agile framework, the platform addresses business requirements from multiple stakeholders while embracing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. The team is transitioning from a traditional project-based approach to a product-centric model, delivering scalable and robust compliance archive solutions that will support the client's business for years to come.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle for Java applications, microservices, and reusable components.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality enterprise applications.
